Transforming Lives

Store One will bring new economic opportunities to Orange County through small business startup support, job training and workforce upskilling in a region home to some of the country’s biggest hospitality venues.

Its aim is to support food business startups and build the local food business workforce, while also providing a place for the community to gather and access related services.

Store One will collaborate with nonprofit and educational organizations to provide day-to-day programs and services at the new center.

Culinary
Entrepreneurship

Store One will feature commercial kitchens and pop-up storefronts where budding food entrepreneurs will receive comprehensive business training and launch their food businesses. Our goal is to position entrepreneurs to grow and emancipate their businesses into a sustainable operations beyond our walls.

Culinary Workforce Development

Store One is about investing in Southern California and creating a highly skilled culinary labor force, providing training for those aspiring to be chefs, line cooks, restaurant managers, pastry chefs, and more.

Community Health
& Wellness

Store One will be gathering place for the community. Residents can participate in:
