Our Vision
Store One is where food meets opportunity — where the flavors of our past inspire the businesses and talent of our future. The people, ideas, and investments behind this project are committed to helping our neighbors take bold steps toward building livelihoods, strengthening families, and shaping a more vibrant economy.
Opening in 2027, Store One will bring an exciting, new culinary studio experience to Anaheim residents and businesses. In response to key economic needs in our city and region, Store One will offer training and resources for emerging food entrepreneurs and culinary professionals, while creating space for residents to learn, launch, and celebrate the food and culture that bring us together.
A project of The City of Anaheim Housing and Community Development Department and a fiscally sponsored project of the Anaheim Community Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, Store One leverages resources from across public and private sectors through a spirit of collaboration and community-building.
